Special ‘Lion Ark’ Reception in Boulder

Please join us for a special reception following the two screenings of Lion Ark at the Boulder International Film Festival on March 7th! Described by critics as “uplifting” and “the feel-good movie of the year,” Lion Ark has taken the film festival circuit by storm winning seven awards at sell out screenings and securing an NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding International Motion Picture. Find out more about the screenings here.
Director Tim Phillips and Producer Jan Creamer will be flying up from Peru, where ADI is in the middle of another huge rescue that will see 30 lions rescued from circuses by ADI flown to TWAS in Colorado. Pat Craig founder of TWAS will also be joining us for a Q&A following both screenings. Funds raised at these screenings and the reception will go towards saving animals in Peru.
